Refunds Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
    • Defective or Damaged Items: Customers can request a refund only for defective or damaged items within15 days of receiving the order.
    • Wrong Item Received: If customers receive the wrong item, they can request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order.
  2. Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at support@kyloug.com with their order details and reason for the refund. We will review the request and provide instructions on returning the item(s) if necessary.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. It may take 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.
  4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Wrong size or color ordered
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
    • Simply change of mind of the customer
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective item).
  6. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returned items under certain circumstances. The fee amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of the return request.
