Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team at support@kyloug.com with their order details. We will confirm the cancellation and initiate a refund if applicable.
Refunds Policy:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Items: Customers can request a refund only for defective or damaged items within15 days of receiving the order.
- Wrong Item Received: If customers receive the wrong item, they can request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at support@kyloug.com with their order details and reason for the refund. We will review the request and provide instructions on returning the item(s) if necessary.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. It may take 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Simply change of mind of the customer
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective item).
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returned items under certain circumstances. The fee amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of the return request.
